Used Modernize to paint the exterior of our brick home including fascias, gutters, window frames and the front fence. The prep work was extensive with proper washing, sanding and priming before any topcoats. The crew were friendly, always cleaned up at the end of each day, and the finished result is exactly what we wanted. Great value for money.
